We accept payment by Card and ACH Bank Transfer.

Do you offer financing?+

Yes! We can offer financing on both vehicles and parts through Klarna/Affirm.

Can I make the full payment only after the item arrives in the US?+

We require full payment before we handle, purchase, and ship the item for you on our containers.

What happens with tariffs?+

4–5 days before arrival, we will notify you of the final tariff bill with the most current rates. This is strictly paid to the government.

Where is your warehouse in Japan?+

Vehicles

How much does everything cost?+

Pricing depends on the vehicle or parts, shipping method, destination, and current market conditions including tariffs. We provide clear, all-in quotes that cover procurement, shipping, and import costs so there are no surprises.

How long does it take to receive my car?+

Typical delivery timelines range from 6–12 weeks depending on location, shipping method (RoRo vs. container), and port conditions. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or port congestion.

Can you verify the vehicle condition before shipping?+

We do our best to verify conditions through supplier checks, auction sheets, photos, and inspections when possible. However, the final condition ultimately depends on the original seller.

What happens if there are damages?+

All vehicles are sold as-is and at the buyer’s risk. StreetRight is not liable for any damage, loss, or condition issues before, during, or after transport. All sales are final. No refunds or returns are offered. Shipping insurance is recommended where available.

What port do you import to?+

Most shipments arrive through major East Coast ports, primarily Baltimore, MD. Alternative ports can be arranged depending on your location and project needs.

Can you import motorcycles?+

Yes, we can import motorcycles. These are typically shipped via container rather than RoRo.

Parts

I have a link for an item but I can’t purchase it. Can you help me?+

Yes. If you have a link from Yahoo Japan, Buyee, Rakuten, or any other international site, send it over and we’ll handle the purchase and logistics.

Can you source parts?+

Yes. If you’re unable to find a specific item or aren’t sure where to search, we can help source it through our network.

Where is the container unloaded?+

Our containers arrive at the Port of Baltimore and are unloaded in Northern VA. From there, we arrange pick-up at our storage location or domestic shipping (at buyer expense).

Can you ship it to me once it arrives?+

Yes. If you’re unable to pick up in person, we can arrange delivery directly to your door for an additional cost.

I already purchased something in Japan. Can you help bring it to the U.S.?+

Absolutely. External purchases can be included in our containers. Pricing is based on item value, size, and an external purchase handling fee.

What if parts are damaged or not as expected?+

All parts are sold as-is and at the buyer’s risk. StreetRight is not responsible for damages, defects, or discrepancies in condition. All sales are final. No refunds or returns are offered.
