StreetRight LLC — Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 5/15/2026
Last Updated: 5/15/2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreetRight LLC's website, services, and all transactions with us. By submitting a request, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with StreetRight, you agree to be bound by these Terms. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (SECTIONS 16–18).
OUR PROMISE TO YOU AT STREETRIGHT: WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT JDM PARTS AND ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING TRANSPARENT SERVICE, QUALITY PRODUCTS, AND FAIR TREATMENT. THESE TERMS ARE DESIGNED TO PROTECT BOTH YOU AND US. IF YOU EVER HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, PLEASE CONTACT US — WE ARE HERE TO HELP.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. By engaging with us, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Nature of Services
StreetRight operates as an importer, reseller, sourcing intermediary, and logistics coordinator for aftermarket JDM and related automotive parts. In some transactions we sell items from our own inventory; in others we act as a proxy purchaser or sourcing agent on your behalf with respect to third-party sellers, auctions, or marketplaces. The role we play in a given transaction will be reflected in your order or quote.
3. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time of issuance and remain valid for the period stated on the quote (or, if not stated, fourteen (14) days). Final pricing may differ due to currency exchange fluctuations, supplier price changes, freight rate changes, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed duties, taxes, or tariffs. We will inform you of material price changes prior to charging your card.
All orders are subject to acceptance by StreetRight. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or description errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund any amounts paid for the canceled items.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or other error, we may cancel any order placed for that product and refund any amount paid, even after order confirmation.
4. Payment, Deposits, and Chargebacks
Payment is due in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed. Sourcing and proxy-purchase deposits are typically required and become non-refundable once StreetRight has incurred costs on your behalf (such as bidding, payment to a third-party seller, freight booking, or customs filing).
You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing dispute. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, or initiating a chargeback for any reason other than a valid one recognized by your card network, is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to recover from you any costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred to defend a chargeback that is later resolved in our favor. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any chargeback or dispute rights you have under applicable law or your card network's rules that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Items
General rule. Except as set forth below or as required by applicable law, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is because parts are typically special-ordered, sourced internationally, or sold as used JDM components.
Defective or wrong items. If you receive an item that is materially different from what was ordered, or that arrives with shipping damage or a manifest defect, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) daysof delivery, with photos and a description. We will, at our sole option and to the extent permitted by law, offer a replacement, repair, or refund of the defective item's purchase price. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.
Proxy purchases.Items purchased on your behalf from third-party sellers, overseas auctions, or private parties (e.g., USS, Yahoo Japan Auctions, individual sellers) are sold "as-is, where-is" by the third-party seller. StreetRight cannot control listing accuracy, condition, or availability and is not responsible for misrepresentations by third-party sellers. Once a proxy bid is placed or purchase initiated on your behalf, the transaction cannot be canceled.
Used and aftermarket parts. JDM and used aftermarket parts may show wear, prior modification, missing hardware, or require service to install. You acknowledge this and agree to verify fitment, compatibility, and condition before installation.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED IN WRITING WITH A SPECIFIC PRODUCT, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," "WHERE-IS," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREETRIGHT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
For any product covered by a written warranty, the terms of that warranty govern. Consistent with the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, use of an aftermarket part does not automatically void a vehicle manufacturer's warranty unless the manufacturer demonstrates that the aftermarket part caused the failure being claimed.
7. Compliance, Off-Road and Competition Use
Many JDM and aftermarket parts we sell are intended for off-road, racing, or closed-course competition use only and are not legal for use on public roads in some or all U.S. states. Specifically:
- Emissions-related parts (intakes, exhausts, catalytic converters, ECUs, turbo components, etc.) may not be legal for street use in California or other states adopting California Air Resources Board (CARB) standards unless they carry a valid CARB Executive Order (EO) number.
- Lighting, mirrors, glass, and other safety equipment may not meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).
- Engine swaps and certain conversions may require additional certification or may be prohibited in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your purchase, importation, installation, and use, including EPA, DOT, CARB, and state vehicle code requirements. You agree not to install or use any product in a manner that violates applicable law. Any fines, penalties, registration denials, smog-check failures, or seizures arising from non-compliant use are your sole responsibility.
8. Importation, Customs, Duties, and Tariffs
You acknowledge the inherent risks of international purchasing and shipping, including: shipping delays, transit damage, lost shipments, incorrect items, documentation errors, customs inspections, holds, seizures, container weather damage, and changes in laws, duties, or tariffs. StreetRight does not guarantee delivery timelines or customs clearance.
Unless expressly included in your quote, all import duties, tariffs (including any Section 301 or other trade-action tariffs), customs fees, brokerage fees, harbor maintenance fees, taxes, and similar charges are your responsibility and will be billed to you or collected upon delivery. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation but cannot guarantee any particular customs outcome.
9. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to package items appropriately but are not liable for damage, delay, or loss in transit. Claims for shipping damage must be reported to us and the carrier within the carrier's required claim window (often 48–72 hours of delivery).
10. Export Controls and Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited parties. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws.

- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying logic of our systems;
- use any information obtained through StreetRight to build, train, or contribute to any competing service, dataset, machine-learning model, or commercial tool;

- use any information obtained from us in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You receive no license to our Confidential Business Information other than the limited right to use information provided to you for the purpose of completing your specific transaction.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreetRight, its members, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our services or any product purchased; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, including any vehicle code, emissions, or safety regulation; or (d) your installation, modification, or use of any product. THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM OUR OWN GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREETRIGHT AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A TRANSACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.
16. Binding Arbitration
Please read carefully. You and StreetRight agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or any product, including questions of arbitrability, will be resolved by binding individual arbitrationadministered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, for business-to-business disputes, its Commercial Arbitration Rules). Arbitration will be conducted in Fairfax County, Virginia, or, at the consumer's election, in the consumer's home county. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court could award on an individual basis.
Exceptions.Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court for any matter within that court's jurisdiction, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or Confidential Business Information.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@streetright.us within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, including your name, address, and a clear statement that you opt out.
17. Class-Action Waiver
You and StreetRight agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy shall be severed and brought in court while all other claims proceed in arbitration.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, the exclusive venue for any action permitted in court shall be the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
19. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, tariffs, port closures, carrier delays, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, pandemics, or utility or internet outages.
20. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS where opted in, and on-site notices) and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Any electronic signature, click-acceptance, or affirmative act indicating acceptance of these Terms constitutes a valid signature.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will, where practicable, be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
22. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
Entire agreement. These Terms (together with any order confirmation, quote, or written agreement we provide for a specific transaction) constitute the entire agreement between you and StreetRight regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
