StreetRight LLC ("StreetRight," "we," "us," or "our") imports, sources, and sells aftermarket Japanese Domestic Market ("JDM") and related automotive parts. When you request a quote, submit a sourcing inquiry, place an order, make a payment, or communicate with us through email, phone, SMS, messaging platforms, or website forms, we may collect: your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, payment card or banking details (handled by our payment processor), government-issued identification where required for import or compliance purposes, vehicle information (VIN, year/make/model), and any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you interact with our website, we may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring/exit URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and other usage information. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and (where permitted) advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may impair site functionality.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and analytics providers in connection with your transactions.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including suppliers, exporters, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse operators, payment processors, IT and hosting providers, and analytics and marketing service providers, each of whom is contractually limited to using the information for our purposes.
  • Government authorities as required for customs, import/export, tax, or legal compliance, or in response to valid legal process.
  • Affiliated entities under common ownership or control with StreetRight.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

We do not sell or rent personal information for monetary consideration to third-party data brokers for unrelated marketing purposes. To the extent any sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or with our advertising partners constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, you may opt out as described in Section 6.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES, AND WE REQUIRE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY STANDARDS.

4. International Transfers

Our operations involve sourcing from Japan and other jurisdictions. Your information may be processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.

WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLY FOR AS LONG AS NECESSARY TO FULFILL OUR SERVICES AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. CUSTOMS-RELATED RECORDS ARE KEPT FOR THE MINIMUM PERIOD REQUIRED BY LAW (USUALLY 5 YEARS).

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with proper authorization. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser sending the signal.

California "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by contacting us.

Reply HELPfor help. Marketing emails include an "unsubscribe" link. You will continue to receive non-promotional, transaction-related communications.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
