When you request a quote, submit a sourcing inquiry, place an order, make a payment, or communicate with us through email, phone, SMS, messaging platforms, or website forms, we may collect: your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, payment card or banking details (handled by our payment processor), government-issued identification where required for import or compliance purposes, vehicle information (VIN, year/make/model), and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you interact with our website, we may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring/exit URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and other usage information. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and (where permitted) advertising.
